平田、堂上、周平と高校生屈指のスラッガーとして鳴り物入りで入団も皆、中距離かそれ以下のバッターになってしまった。
石川だけは違うと信じているので、体調にはくれぐれも留意しながら筋力をつけて欲しい！
怪我しない身体作りも期待します‼️後、くれぐれも体調には気をつけてください‼️
ソフトバンクの柳田なんか見ていると、やたら体重が重いだけでなく
引き締まって鍛えられた体格をしているよ。
くれぐれもブヨンブヨンにならんようにして、150キロ台の急速でも
はね返すコンパクトで強靱な振りを期待するよ。
ラジオで体調不良は扁桃炎と言っていましたが疲れも原因ですか？
自主トレでは鈴木誠也の全てを吸収して開幕戦の広島でホームランを打って欲しい。

三冠王を目指すのであれば大台超えて、下半身に厚みを持たせ。
石川たかや選手確かに今はちょっと細くなってしまってるが、体重や筋肉をアップして鍛えて来年は一軍開幕一軍デビューして、レギュラー掴み取ってほしいね！！
１００ｋｇ近い体にしても、平田みたいに怪我をしやすくなる例もあるから
ただ体重を増やすことがいいとは限らないよ。
それよりも、怪我をしにくいからだにするために何をやっていくかを考えてほしいです。
