Комиссионные управляющему -это не единственные расходы, который несет клиент, отдавая деньги в ДУ. К ним следует добавить издержки по сделкам с бумагами (услуги брокера и депозитария, комиссии бирж). Как правило, они не превышают 1% стоимости портфеля. Но и это еще не все. В случае успеха, клиенту придется заплатить подоходный налог. Согласно Налоговому кодексу, в конце года или при выводе средств с рынка доверительный управляющий самостоятельно рассчитывает и удерживает налог с доходов физических лиц. Затраты на оплату услуг самого управляющего вычитаются из налогооблагаемой базы. Доходы от большей части операций облагаются налогом по ставке 13%. Так что бухгалтерские услуги будут очень кстати. Кроме того, по акциям, находящимся в портфеле, могут быть начислены дивиденды, которые облагаются налогом по ставке 9%. Доход от погашения государственных облигаций и купонные выплаты по ним налогом не облагаются.
